The Ultimate Anti Bullying Training Programme Adventure
This Anti bullying adventure is the ultimate anti-bullying training package available anywhere.
This amazing residential anti-bullying training package is being offered to teachers, managers, educationalists, psychologists and others interested in learning more about bullying in schools, in the workplace, at home and in everyday life.
It's not just an adventure, it is a practical, educational and creative course that will prepare and leave you with the tools to deal with bullying in your workplace, at school and in your everyday life. This training programme could be a life-changing experience. In addition you will get the chance to stay overnight in the jungle with a group of indigenous peoples, the Temiars, known as the most peaceful people in the world.
This 21-day intensive course takes place in Malaysia and includes training in creative anti-bullying techniques, definitions of bullying, anti-bullying strategies, dealing with staff, peer mediation, peer support, anti-bullying policy, a whole community approach, dealing with special needs, anti-bullying and the law, managing and dealing with bullying in the workplace, confidence building, empowerment and practical activities.
This residential training package includes training, accommodation, meals, resources and training packs. Below is an overview of the course. Please note that timetable may change. Please note that once the course is finished you are free to stay and visit Malaysia at your leisure, our team would be happy to help you plan activities on or off the tourist trail.
Overview of the training package:
Day 1
- arrive at company base for orienteering.
- training packs provided.
- introduction to dealing with bullying.
- lunch, refreshments and evening meal provided.
Day 2
- anti-bullying strategies, dealing with conflict, and building confidence.
- breakfast, lunch, refreshments and evening meal provided.
- optional evening out.
Day 3
- creating, maintaining and updating policy, anti-bullying ethos, whole community/work approach.
- breakfast, lunch, refreshments and evening meal provided.
- presentation about Malaysia and local culture.
Day 4
- dealing with special needs, empowerment, empathy, conflict resolution, mediation and peer support.
- breakfast, lunch, refreshments and evening meal provided.
- presentation about cyberbullying.
Day 5
- bullying in the workplace, bullying and the law, overview and practical session.
- breakfast, lunch, refreshments and evening meal provided.
- presentation about the indigenous aborigines, customs, rituals and views on non-violent living.
Day 6
- after a jungle breakfast we travel to a Temiar village in the jungle.
- packed lunch and jungle evening meal provided.
- can participate and/or observe traditional singing and dancing ritual.
- overnight stay in the jungle.
Day 7
- after a jungle breakfast choice of jungle trek or participate in Temiar village life.
- after a jungle refreshments we travel out of the jungle.
- lunch in the local town, recap, Q&A, certificates and resources.
- train journey to Kuala Lumpur via the jungle railway.

At the end of this course you should be relaxed and brimming with energy, creativity and ideas. You will be able to define and describe bullying, recognise your own bullying behaviours and those of others, respond to bullying creatively, identify violent words and phrases commonly used in dealing with bullying, explore personal styles of coping and responding to bullying, create an inclusive anti-bullying policy, help organise a peer support network, manage bullying effectively in your workplace, be able to raise awareness of bullying in your practice, school and community, utilise a range of anti-bullying strategies, and feel confident and more empowered.

Most people will fly into Malaysia via Kuala Lumpur. Our training centre is a shortish journey from Kuala Lumpur, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, a place where you can relax and re-energise. Full address, directions and itinerary will be given upon booking.
